What is CRIN?
CRIN is a platform for equestrian clubs and centres: competitions with online entries and payment, riding school and yard, arenas, equestrian professionals, requests with approval and payments with Stripe, in one app for the club, its riders and its professionals.
Which clubs is it for?
For equestrian clubs and centres that run competitions, have a riding school or keep horses at livery. Management, the office, coaches and staff work on the club’s website; riders, families and professionals have their app on their phone.
How does a rider enter a competition?
From the competition’s public page (its link, or the QR code on the poster): they choose a horse and classes, add stabling and extras if they need them, see the price broken down and pay by card. If the club validates entries, theirs stays pending until the office confirms it.
Can riders from outside the club enter?
Yes. The competition’s page is public: a guest rider creates their account in a minute from that same link, with their details and their horse’s, and enters just like a member.
What happens if a class is full?
The rider joins the waiting list and pays nothing. When someone withdraws, the club offers the place to the first on the list, who gets a notice to pay for it.
And withdrawals and refunds?
Each competition has its own rules: up to how many days before everything is refunded, and up to how many half of it. The office validates the withdrawal, CRIN works out the refund under those rules and records it as a new movement (whatever was paid by card goes back to that card through Stripe by itself), and the place is offered to the first on the waiting list.
How does the club get paid?
With Stripe: each club connects its own account, and the money from entries, stabling and services goes straight into it. CRIN records every movement with its person, horse and activity, and the club exports it for its accountant.
Is it for official competitions or only club ones?
For both: the club’s own competitions and regional, national and international ones, in show jumping, dressage, cross-country and eventing. It also keeps track of the club’s riders entered in competitions run by organisers who don’t use CRIN.
What does a coach do with CRIN?
They run their yard and their pupils, publish lessons in their diary, approve what their pupils ask for, note each horse’s work in its logbook and invite their pupils to competitions.
And vets, farriers and other professionals?
They have their own app: they receive appointments, confirm the time, set their working area and how far they travel, and charge for their services.
Do I need to install an app?
No need: CRIN works in the browser on your phone or computer and can be added to your home screen like an app. Whatever you do without signal, in the arena or the yard, is saved and sent as soon as the connection is back.
Where is the data kept?
In the European Union (Frankfurt), with permissions by centre and role. Nothing is deleted: every change stays in the history with who made it and when.
How do we start?
Write to us at hola@crinhorses.com and we’ll show you CRIN. If it fits, we set up your club and your next club competition: the club connects its Stripe account with the link we send it, and riders sign up by themselves from the link or the QR code.
Your next competition: a clear round.
CRIN is coming very soon. Write to us and we’ll show it to you with your own data.
